准则性行动-紧急情况

为灾后国家建立准则性框架

        为配合紧急情况下遗产及遗产重建的行动，教科文组织特别致力于通过提高认识、谈判和培训，确保1954年《海牙公约》及其两项议定书的应用和/或批准。

        在该领域，本组织的标准制定行动以《关于蓄意破坏文化遗产问题的宣言》《保护水下文化遗产公约》以及1972年《世界遗产公约》和2003年《保护非物质文化遗产公约》为基准。
