La Communauté universitaire et l’Education pour tous (EPT)

Rencontre internationale sur la Communauté universitaire et l’Education pour tous (EPT) : Créer et soutenir les améliorations dans l’éducation, 3 et 4 novembre 2004 au Siège de l’UNESCO (Salle XI). Cette réunion a participé de l’effort mené par l’UNESCO pour accroître la visibilité des institutions d’enseignement supérieur dans le cadre particulier du mouvement pour l’EPT, ainsi que des objectifs globaux du développement.

Elle a rassemblé des représentants d’universités, d’organisations non gouvernementales, d’associations universitaires ainsi que des responsables politiques et des partenaires de l’EPT.

Le but de cette réunion était de partager et d’analyser des expériences puis d’engager des pistes de réflexion permettant aux institutions d’enseignement supérieur de contribuer à la réalisation des objectifs de l’EPT.Une attention particulière avait été accordée à la recherche, à la formation et au dialogue.

Eléments de réflexion de l’agence universitaire de la Francophonie (AUF) - -
La Francophonie a décidé de se doter d’un cadre stratégique décennal précisant ses missions
et ses objectifs stratégiques pour la période 2005-2014. A partir de 2006, les programmations de tous les opérateurs de la Francophonie seront quadriennales. L’AUF a déjà anticipé cette inflexion stratégique en resserrant ses programmes et en développant un système de suivi pertinent.
