Palazzo Zorzi hosts workshops, meetings and conferences of UNESCO Office in Venice
|

The overall mission of the UNESCO Office in Venice remains the promotion of co-operation among countries of Europe and the achievement of UNESCO’s and its Member States’ goals in the field of science and culture as defined in the Medium-term Strategy and biennial Programme and Budget of UNESCO.
Since 2003, UNESCO Office in Venice has been able to make use of the excellent facilities offered by the new premises to successfully organize a number of workshops, meetings and conferences of UNESCO Office in Venice, as well as host events mounted by partner organizations, associations and even units from UNESCO Headquarters in Paris. The increased potential of efficiently utilizing the exhibition spaces at the level of the courtyard – are a significant asset that, render the UNESCO Office in Venice visible at the local, regional and national levels.
