Montenegro becomes UNESCO's 192nd Member State 02-03-2007
Montenegro became the 192nd Member State of UNESCO when its Foreign Minister, Milan Rocen, signed the Organization's Constitution and deposited the instruments of acceptance on behalf of his government, on 1 March in London.
