HIV and AIDS

Managing education against the worst effects of HIV and AIDS in Africa, 20-24 April

From 20-04-2009 to 24-04-2009 (Ghana)

A series of capacity-building workshops tailormade for each region in Africa, aims to increase awareness of educational planning and management issues in the context of HIV and AIDS.

The next workshop titled “Educational planning and management in a world with AIDS” will take place in Ghana from 20 to 24 April. This workshop, for Ministries of Education staff and trainers in education from faculties in anglophone West Africa, will develop planning and management strategies to protect the education system from the worst effects of the epidemic.

Each workshop is organised by the International Institute for Educational Planning (IIEP) and the Regional Office for Education in Africa (BREDA).
