The paper looks at the impact of the AIDS epidemic in Asia and the Pacific on to children (0-18 years old) by reviewing and synthesizing several research studies that have been conducted within the region. The paper then explores the implications of the exisiting research for the education sector by focusing on educational access for children, educational supply-and-demand, quality of education, and planning and management issues.
