Advocacy and Educational Support to Adolescent Reproductive Health (ARH)

This project is supported by United Nations Population Fund (UNFPA) and implemented by UNESCO Bangkok. The project supports UNFPA’s mandate on adolescent and youth rights and reproductive and sexual health which is based principally on the recommendations from ICPD in 1994.

The main objective is to provide education and advocacy support to policy makers and programme managers with the wide range of information, educational tools and advocacy strategies to promote Adolescent Reproductive and Sexual Health in Asia-Pacific region.

The project is also enhancing regional collaboration among a network of national and international NGOs, academic and research institutions, government agencies, community-based religious and cultural groups, and individuals working to address the reproductive and sexual health needs of adolescents and young people in Asia-Pacific region.
