    • Mehriban Aliyeva, the first Lady of Azerbaijan and UNESCO Goodwill Ambassador was received into the national order of the legion of honor of the French Republic

    25-02-2010 12:00 am On February 15, Azerbaijan`s First Lady, President of the Heydar Aliyev Foundation and UNESCO Goodwill Ambassador Mehriban Aliyeva was awarded with the Officer rank of the Legion of Honor by the French President Mr Nicolas Sarkozy,for outstanding service and loyalty to France.
