The Proceedings of the UNESCO/IPU Joint Meeting held on 6 October 2003, during the 32nd Session of the General Conference

This meeting launched our new network of Parliamentary Focal Points for UNESCO, which will be gradually developed thanks to the Inter-Parliamentary Union.The role of this institutional network will be to establish a permanent link between the activities of the Parliaments of the Member states and those of National Commissions for UNESCO at the national level.
