IATT on Education Partnership Meeting on EFA-FTI

From 21-04-2009 to 22-04-2009 (Denmark) 

The UNAIDS Inter-Agency Task Team (IATT) on Education working group supporting the integration of HIV in Education for All Fast Track Initiative (EFA-FTI) processes was present at the recent EFA-FTI Partnership Meeting in Copenhagen, Denmark (20-21 April 2009).

The purpose of the Partnership Meeting is to set the strategic policy direction for FTI and review and address issues affecting progress towards the goal of universal primary education.

Members of the working group, which include the Canadian International Development Agency (CIDA), the U.K’s Department for International Development (DFID), Deutsche Gesellschaft für Technische Zusammenarbeit (GTZ), Irish Aid, and UNESCO, undertook a number of activities at the meeting including:
