This publication was conceived as a communication tool for those responsible for dissemination of news and information of interest for the community. It contains the full text of the Universal Declaration of Human Rights. It also highlights the importance of the recognition of the fundamental rights for promotion of citizenship, ethics, mutual respect and attitudes of non-violence.
