Etude comparative avec les normes et les meilleures pratiques dans le monde

The study outlines major legislative developments on the international level in the field of access to information, including the emergence of international conventions such as one of the Council of Europe. In the second part, it identifies best practices and standards of countries that have managed to make this right effective. Finally, it proposes an overview of access to information in Morocco through its recent history, its strengths and weaknesses as well as its future perspectives.
