  • To promote an integrated system of research, training, information and documentation activities in the field of political science and comparative administrative study.
  • To facilitate collaboration between high-level internationally recognized researchers and the teaching staff of the Universities and other institutions, mainly in Spain and Europe, Latin America and the Caribbean and other regions of the world.
