  • Internships

    Students from a wide range of disciplines, are all able to apply for individual 1-4 month internships at UNESCO Headquarters and Field Offices. Depending on your qualifications, these internships relate either to the Organization's strategic activities or to administrative or technical functions.

    Training and fellowship schemes constitute for UNESCO a strategic means for attaining sustainable human development and for fostering of international understanding and a culture of peace.

  • Partners & donors

    Through Education, Science, Culture and Communication, UNESCO promotes international co-operation among its 195 Member States.

    The objectives underpin UNESCO's programme which is funded through the regular contributions of Member States and the voluntary contributions provided by partners and donors. The latter also offer valuable in kind support including know-how, knowledge sharing and human resources. UNESCO's actions contribute to the realisation of the MDGs and other internationally agreed development goals.

  • Networks

    Since the creation of the first UNESCO Club in Japan in 1947, the Organization's network has continued to grow, providing links to civil society worldwide.
