Fight against illicit traffic of the cultural heritage objects 

This round table will focus on raising awareness of the concerned services (notably police, customs and other cultural institutions), as well as present the best practices in the country and the other countries in the region. 

The workshop, organized by the Ministry of Tourism, Culture, Youth and Sports of Albania, in close cooperation with the UNESCO Venice Office – Regional Bureau for Science and Culture in Europe (BRESCE) and the Albanian National Commission for UNESCO, will thus support the process of the ratification of the UNESCO and UNIDROIT conventions against Illicit Trafficking in Cultural Property.
