The Observatory acts with financial and technical assistance from the European Training Foundation and with direct support from the Ministry of Education and Science and the Ministry of Social Security of the Republic of Armenia.
The Observatory supports the reform of the vocational education and training system in Armenia by: collecting, analysing and providing information; implementing projects; and by establishing links between national, international and foreign players in VET and the labour market.
