Exhibition “CONGO - Nature and Culture in the Democratic Republic of Congo"

    Under the high patronage of His Majesty King Albert II, King of the Belgians.

    Curated by the Royal Museum for Central Africa (Tervuren, Belgium), the leading museum and research institute on the Congo’s heritage, the multi-themed exhibition demonstrates the links uniting humans and nature in the DRC, through natural resources, languages, symbols, and daily life. Spectacular mounted animals including an okapi and a mountain gorilla, and ethnographic objects will be displayed in Paris for the first time.
    The exhibition will move to the Royal Museum of Central Africa from November 23, 2004 to October 2, 2005.
