    Bolivia joined UNESCO on November 13, 1946. The country is covered by the UNESCO Office in Quito, Ecuador.

    Bolivia holds one UNESCO Chair. As of September 2006, the country has 11 schools participating in UNESCO’s Associated Schools Project Network (ASPnet).
