Tanzanian President speaks of education and culture before UNESCO General Conference

The President of the United Republic of Tanzania, Jakaya Mrisho Kikwete, emphasized the vital role of education in development and the importance of heritage preservation as he addressed the 34th session of UNESCO’s General Conference in Paris, on 22 October 2007.
