BUREAU OF FIELD COORDINATION

UNESCO Office in Doha 

Cluster Office to Bahrain, Kuwait, Oman, Qatar, Saudi Arabia and the United Arab Emirates in the Gulf Cluster.

The mandate of the Office is to extend UNESCO’s expertise to the Arab States of the Gulf region through the formulation and implementation of a regular programme, as well as extrabudgetary projects in UNESCO’s fields of competence.The Office is multidisciplinary and serves the region in four areas of UNESCO’s competence Education, Science,Culture and Communication Information.
