Caucasus Project
  • © Unesco

The Caucasus region, bridging Europe and Asia, at the cross-roads of many civilizations and cultures, is an example of a culturally diversified area, characterized by a variety of historical roots, traditions and religions.

The Resolution 30/C/DR.34(pdf)set forth by Armenia, Azerbaijan and Georgia, proposes to develop in the Caucasus region a wide ranging project at a national, regional and interregional level, embracing all areas of the Organization’s activities : this is the Project "Caucasus".
