Workshop on the Intangible Cultural Heritage Safeguarding in Niue (Niue, 12-14 July 2011)

This Workshop will discuss a strategy and action plan for strengthening the Intangible Cultural Heritage (ICH) safeguarding in Niue by using the guidelines and practical tools made available under the UNESCO Programme in this field. The Workshop will also examine the opportunity presented by the 2003 Convention for the Safeguarding of the Intangible Cultural Heritage. National experts will present papers on different aspects of the ICH safeguarding during the Workshop.
