Belarus is covered by the UNESCO Cluster Office in Moscow, Russian Federation.

Research and conservation programmes and environmental education centres have been set up in the country’s 3 biosphere reserves. In addition, a special relationship was developed between the Berezinsky reserve and the Vosges du Nord reserve in France for mutual cooperation that included specialist exchange and visits focusing on specific research fields such as wolf ecology or ecotourism.
