Summer School - The Functioning of Mediterranean Ecosystems

A Summer School on the functioning of Mediterranean Ecosystems, sponsored by Spyros Latsis Foundation, will be held from 1-15 July 2010, in Greece, as and event of the 50 years Anniversary of IOC.

The main objective of this course is to advance the scientific knowledge in a group of young people, with a marine sciences academic background, who would also like to eventually work in the field of Mediterranean marine ecosystems.

A practical approach will be adopted, by providing all students the opportunity to take part in sampling activities onboard the HCMR's research vessel AEGAEO. More
