International Federation of Medical Students Association (IFMSA) International Pharmaceutical Student Federation (IPSF) International Association of Students in Agricultural and Related Sciences International Agroforestry Students Association These international students associations participate in COMEST (World Commission on the Ethics of Scientific Knowledge and Technology) Youth Forums and have the opportunity to question COMEST members on the crucial ethical questions of our times. This interaction has been key in recommending a university curriculum on Ethics of Science and Technology. The student NGOs are a particularly valuable partner in co-authoring publications of specific scientific content and in developing related campaigns and training programmes. For example, IFMSA and IPSF also participated in the development of the Information kit ‘HIV/AIDS and Human Rights, Young people in Action’ and related trainings organized in the context of the UNESCO Youth Initiative on HIV/AIDS and Human Rights.
