REPETTO Foundation and UNESCO sign a partnership within the framework of UNESCO’s “Education of Children in Need” ProgrammeThe REPETTO Foundation and UNESCO’s “Education of Children in Need” programme are joining forces to support dance schools which encourage the reintegration and the personal development of children in distress through artistic expression, which is a genuine tool for education.

Within the framework of this partnership, which was launched during a Press Conference to be held at UNESCO Headquarters on Tuesday October 9 2007, two major lines of action were presented: material donation and financial support that will be provided to the selected schools.

Alicia Alonso, world-famous ballerina and UNESCO Goodwill Ambassador, will promote it.

For more information regarding the specific terms of the partnership, as well as the overview of schools selected for 2007-2008, please refer to the links below.
