UNESCO celebrates the 30th anniversary of the examination procedure concerning the exercise of human rights in UNESCO’s fields of competence
On 30 september 2008, the Director-General of UNESCO, Koïchiro Matsuura, in the presence of the President of the Executive Board, Olabiyi Babalola Joseph Yaï, opened the special session of the Executive Board dedicated to the 30th anniversary of the examination procedure concerning the exercise of human rights in UNESCO’s fields of competence at UNESCO Headquarters.
