Fields / Disciplines Social and human sciences; Law; Intercultural dialogue. Objectives To promote an integrated system of research, training, internship, information and documentation activities in the field of peace, human rights and democracy, focusing on social, legal, historical and political aspects of human rights, democracy and interethnic relations. To facilitate regional collaboration between the research and teaching staff of BIPAPS and high-level, internationally recognized researchers and teachers. To initiate research and help elaborate a curriculum concerning issues of human rights, democracy and peace for use in the programmes of BIPAPS. Host Institution Academy of Public Administration.
