  • The establishment of a regional network of inter-university exchanges, especially with institutions of the Maghreb and Latin American and Caribbean countries;

  • Short-stay of visiting professors at the University;

  • Exchange of researchers linked to the joint research programmes;

  • Elaboration and dissemination of didactic materials referring to developing countries.
