2009 edition of SEFOR

The International Council of French speaking Radio and Television (CIRTEF) in partnership with the Organisation Internationale de la Francophonie (OIF), TV5 and UNESCO organized the 2009 edition of SEFOR in Cotonou, Benin, from 13-16 November 2009.
"Acting in a new media environment" was the main discussion theme around which 44 radios and televisions from South and North were focussed.

UNESCO was represented at SEFOR 2009 by the Communication and Information Adviser at the Yaounde Office.
