As a follow up to 185th Executive Board meeting’s call on UNESCO’s reflection on the Internet, UNESCO Communication and Information Sector launched its recent publication titled “Freedom of Connection – Freedom of Expression: The Changing Legal and Regulatory Ecology Shaping the Internet” at UNESCO Headquarters in Room XI on 30 May 2011.
