Summary of the activities
This project is implemented under a regional JFIT-funded programme. The project aims to develop a quality mother tongue/bilingual literacy programme for Bahnar ethnic minority adults. A mother tongue curriculum and literacy primer for Bahnar adults have been developed. The project will further consist of the following activities:
- Development of a bilingual teacher guide and training materials
- Capacity building for national experts
- Conducting a training workshop for CLC facilitators on using the curriculum, literacy primer and teacher guides
- Pilot testing the curriculum, literacy primer and teacher guides at a CLC through conducting a literacy course for Bahnar adults
- Finalising the curriculum, literacy primer and teacher guide for printing, dissemination and advocacy
