Center for Reproductive Law and Policy
Prev Websites 7 of 34 Next
The Center for Reproductive Rights is a non-profit legal advocacy organization dedicated to promoting and defending women’s reproductive rights worldwide.
Reproductive rights, the foundation for women’s self-determination over their bodies and sexual lives, are critical to women’s equality. We believe laws and policies that protect and advance these rights are essential. They must allow women the freedom to decide whether and when to have children. They must respect women’s ability to exercise their reproductive choices without coercion. They must also secure women’s access to basic health services, including contraception, abortion, education, and safe pregnancy care. Ultimately, reproductive rights are imperative to ensuring justice for all members of society -- women, children, and their families.
