First Session of the Conference of Parties to the International Convention against Doping in Sport

5-7 February 2007, UNESCO Headquarters, Paris (Room IV)

Following the entry into force of the International Convention against Doping in Sport, governments will meet to deliberate on several implementation issues, including:
  • Approval of the 2007 Prohibited List – the performance enhancing substances and methods banned in sport;
  • Establishment of an effective and efficient monitoring mechanism;
  • Adoption of criteria for the allocation of the Fund for the Elimination of Doping in Sport.
