Second Subregional Experts' Meeting on Human Rights within UNESCO's Competence

Organized in the framework of the International Year of Human Rights Learning, this meeting was the occasion to discuss issues related to the implementation of the right to education as a pre-requisite for the implementation of all other human rights, making a particular emphasis on human rights education, as an integral part of the right to education.
