Feedback from participants:

I wanted to thank you ... for organizing such an engaging and stimulating event last week. The mix of activities was really good and the opportunity to meet with educators from the region and spend time discussing with them was really valuable.
David Fairbairn-Day
Promethean International

I would like to personally express my gratefulness for the opportunity to be part of UNESCO's activities. I just realized that it is very important for us administrators to see innovations from the eyes of the teachers, without much ado about the financial side of it. Everything has its attached cost, and of course its benefits. Now I know education is costly but innovations are needed. We will try what we can to inject these innovations in our locale.

I would like to congratulate [UNESCO] once again for the well organized event. As a beginner in the field of education, I was really excited for getting an opportunity to become a part of it.

I will apply these ideas into my teaching for pre-service and in-service teachers so that they can know how many creative ideas there are from all over the world.
Hyeonjin Kim
Korea National University of Education

We will set up an IT centre in the university to showcase all the innovative ideas applicable in our region. The IT centre will serve as a learning and training centre on ICT applications, particularly to improve teaching at all levels.

And the hard work from everybody has not been wasted - everyone left happy. On my part, I am glad to have been an encourager and to get people to really go to the real heart of teaching and learning - with and without ICT.
