One year after its establishment, the second annual meeting of the Network on Education Quality Monitoring in the Asia-Pacific (NEQMAP) was held on 31 March-1 April 2014 in Bangkok, Thailand, preceded by the 2nd NEQMAP Steering Group Meeting on 30 March.
This annual network meeting presented the first opportunity for all current NEQMAP members to come together since the network’s launch. In addition to NEQMAP member institutions, delegates from non-member countries as well as international and regional partner organizations attended the meeting.
The meeting mainly focused on further discussion and exchange of ideas on the implementation of the network activities foreseen for the immediate future and beyond while exploring potential collaboration between existing NEQMAP members, expansion of membership and synergies with other initiatives and platforms.
