School-to-Work Transitions

©UNESCO/M.Monko

Relevance of TVET systems needs to be assessed based on graduates’ successful transitions from school to the labour market after completing their training and education. To this end, several key policy areas need to be considered, such as skill needs monitoring systems, counselling and employment services, qualification and accreditation systems, as well as the improvement of overall TVET systems. This section focuses on UNESCO Bangkok’s activities related to school-to-work transition.
