Publications
As an integral part of its programme delivery, the Natural Sciences Sector publishes material on specialized subjects in the water, marine, ecological, earth and basic sciences. Science and technology policy, disaster reduction, engineering and renewable energy are also the subject of publications.
Target audiences include policy- and decision-makers, scientists, journalists, students and the general public.
Most UNESCO publications are available online, free of charge. Other publications can be purchased from the UNESCO Publishing store.
