Why do people get so angry about inclusive language? A FB friend has posted he’s irritated by the Lincs fire service using firefighter instead of fireman. It makes perfect sense to me to use inclusive language. Baffled why people take the time to be annoyed.

Great to see so many EU 🇪🇺 flags and bunting at the Proms and the fact that the conductor is actually Finnish and the soloist LGBTQ+. It's something we should proud about, our place in an international world, not better than, but a partner and friend
