Ruth Webber

Manager Communication Office

Biography

Ruth Webber is Manager of the Communication Office and is responsible for the quality and effectivenesss  of the  marketing and communication activity at UNESCO-IHE. A Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Marketing, Ruth has held several marketing management roles within different companies overseas, as well as running her own marketing consultancy for more than 20 years advising many professional services organisations on strategic marketing planning, business development and communications.
