Data for the school year ending in 2013 will be available in February 2015
The UIS is working with Member States to implement changes to the UIS education survey, which has been completely revised based on the new International Standard Classification of Education (ISCED 2011). As a result, data for the school year ending in 2013 will be available in February 2015.
In May, data for more countries will be released as scheduled, as well as regional averages.
The UIS works closely with Member States to ensure the accuracy, timeliness and comparability of international education statistics. The database covers all education levels and addresses key policy issues, such as gender parity, teachers, and financing, in order to monitor Education for All and Millennium Development Goals.
