H2020 Capacity-Building/Mediterranean Environment Programme is part of Horizon 2020, a project which aims to enhance capacity to address pollution problems at institutional and society levels. It focuses on 14 Mediterranean countries and includes 150 training courses at the national, sub-regional and regional level, provided by the consortium of 12 partners. UNESCO-IHE is responsible for providing 30 courses on the theme of urban wastewater. The project was awarded the second phase of the project (2013-2014), in which another dozen of courses will be delivered.
