The overall objective of this project is to increase the capacity of leading Indonesian Universities in delivering capacity building services to strengthen water sector professionals to perform in a reformed water resources and irrigation management sector. The project will also fulfill a pilot function for the CKNet-INA network (Collaborative Knowledge Network of leading Indonesian universities). It will enable the network partners to learn and to get experience in their collaboration and how to develop their network further.
