Organized by SEA-EU-NET, UNESCO and the UIS, this workshop was intended to reinforce capacity building initiatives aimed at the regular production of bi-regional science, technology, and innovation (STI) statistics.
The workshop sessions were dedicated to the three major dimensions as follow:
1. Strenghtening SEA capability building process for a dynamic bi-regional science, technology, and innovation (STI) statistics and related areas, to facilitate a comparative learning community in STI.
2. Indicating a bi-regional co-operation issues on STI statistics and indicators, and
3. To co-create a sustaining and workable recommendation to improve STI collaboration between EU and SEA.
