Ruth Creamer has been in charge of the IBE Documentation Centre since June 2004. Her work includes collection development, reference and research work, creation of information products in curriculum and education topics, and development of digital versions of IBE archives and historical resources.
She came to the IBE after three years working with the Singapore National Library Board as a reference librarian, and eleven years with Camberwell College of Arts in London as Head of Learning Resources.
Ms Creamer holds an MSc in Information Studies from Queens University Belfast, and a Joint hons BA Moderatorship in Political Science and Sociology from Trinity College Dublin. She has published several articles in Library and Information Science journals over the years.
