Cyrille Leroy has been with the IBE since 1997. His works with the administration section of the IBE and is in charge of documentation, public procurement and facility management. Among others, he is responsible for mission planning, security and budgets, and is the man of the situation when it comes to all travel arrangements of the IBE staff to the field.
Mr Leroy is also responsible of the IBE procurement processes and supports the coordination of new contracts. Throughout his career, he has been involved in the organisation of a large number of local and international seminars, workshops, and events by providing appropriate logistical and administrative support.
