IBE-UNESCO and Google: Partnering towards equity of education quality and learning

The IBE-UNESCO and Google just signed a multi-year partnership agreement to support partner countries’ efforts to enhance the use of technology in advancing progress towards equity of education quality and effective learning.
The agreement is another milestone in the IBE’s efforts to expand its base of private sector partners in different spheres of its work.

The partnerships will consolidate IBE’s ongoing application of the Education System Quality Analysis Framework (ESQAF). It will also strengthen the adoption of a technology perspective requested by several of the partner countries. A more systemic use of technology is expected to improve the equity of quality of education and learning effectiveness, while increasing system resource efficiency gains as well.
