First national workshop in Côte d'Ivoire

The first national workshop in Côte d'Ivoire was held on 18 May 2015 during which the CDIS were presented and the project implementation was officially launched.
 
The event took place at the National School of Statistics and Applied Economics in Abidjan.
 
The workshop was attended by the Minister of Culture and Francophonie, the Director of the UNDP country office, the ambassadors of Japan and France, representatives of the Institut Français, and many representatives of the ministries involved in the project: Culture, Economy, Finance, Education, Higher Education, Communication, Health. Several teacher-researchers, representatives of cultural associations were also present.
 
This workshop and the implementation of the CDIS in Côte d'Ivoire is possible thanks to the support of UNESCO, UNDP, and UEMOA.
