UNESCO-IHE has partnered with the Brazilian National Council for Scientific and Technological Development (CNPq), and HidroEx Center for Education, Capacity Development, and Research in Water in an international exchange and mobility programme to increase the presence of students and scientists from Brazil in international institutions of excellence. The programme is supporting two full PhD researchers, two sandwish PhD researchers, and four Postdoctoral Researchers. Researchers cooperate with staff at UNESCO-IHE, other Dutch institutions (e.g. Wageningen University), and in their home institution or organization in Brazil.
